Now that the storm has past, you have the aftermath. It's almost always an emergency. Our team of skilled professionals will walk you through the process to ensure a clear understanding and a finished product that you will be proud of. Here is an overview of what you should expect:

1. Initial Inspection and Damage Assessment
   At ROC Home Pros, we excel in thorough storm damage assessments. Our expert sales representatives will inspect your roof and exterior elevations to identify all damages, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation and accurate documentation. Detecting and addressing minor damages early can prevent more extensive repairs down the line.
2. Initiate Insurance Claim
   Once we confirm the damage, we assist you in initiating an insurance claim. This quick process involves calling your insurance company’s claims line, typically taking just 5-10 minutes. Promptly filing a claim helps ensure that the repair process starts as soon as possible, minimizing potential disruption to your daily life.
3. Insurance Adjustment Appointment
   An insurance adjuster will inspect your property. A ROC Home Pros representative will be present to ensure an accurate assessment and to create a detailed project scope. Our presence ensures a comprehensive inspection, which can result in a more thorough claim approval.
4. Project Approval and Deposit
   Upon approval, your insurance company will provide an initial estimate and the initial ACV payment. The initial ACV payment serves as your downpayment on the project. This is typically not the final amount that you will be paid; a supplemental estimate will follow the build. including necessary documentation for any additional items. If the insurance estimate is missing a clear part of the scope of work, ROC Home Pros will write a pre-supplemental estimate. Quick project approval helps avoid delays in getting your home back to its pre-storm condition.
5. Order Project
   Once your claim is approved, we proceed with ordering the project. We confirm the scope of work, and you will select materials and colors with your sales representative. Together, you will fill out the work order agreement to finalize the project details. Early material selection ensures that your project moves forward without unnecessary delays.
6. Down Payment
   We will send you a down payment invoice. For insurance claims, this amount is based on the actual cash value (ACV). You may need to coordinate with your mortgage company for check endorsements. Timely down payments help us expedite the restoration process and secure necessary materials.
7. Build
   We schedule the build promptly. Most roof installations take one day, siding builds take 1-2 weeks, and window installations 1-3 days. A ROC Home Pros representative will conduct a final walk-through to ensure quality, with leftover materials typically picked up within a week. Quick scheduling and efficient builds ensure your home is restored swiftly and effectively.
8. Post-Build Supplement
   Post-build, we send a final estimate or supplement to your insurance for any additional items, complete with photo documentation. This is usually approved within a few weeks, after which we issue the final invoice. Ensuring all necessary repairs are covered helps maintain the value and integrity of your home.
9. Final Invoice
   We send the final invoice to both you and your insurance company, deducting any prior payments. The insurance company sends you a check for withheld depreciation funds. You may need to coordinate with your mortgage company for endorsements and inspections. Clear and accurate invoicing provides a transparent and straightforward payment process.
10. Final Payment
    Final payments can be mailed to ROC Home Pros or given to the sales rep. We do not accept credit or debit card payments. We will ask you to leave us a review on Google and handle any referrals you may provide.
